Winter always
Winter always has a negative effect on our blood supplies. ella is positive you can help solve this problem!
Donate blood at the Red Cross and give the gift of life! Supplies continue to be low after the holidays and the recent severe weather. We have a donor center right here in the neighborhood--on
Monroe Drive, up the hill behind the Gables Apartments. To schedule an appointment, call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733 2767). More info: www.RedCrossBlood.org
PHCA's 2011 Membership Drive Continues!

Applications to join/renew membership in the civic association and security patrol for 2011 are still available. If you don't have a membership packet, we'll be happy to get you one. Just email Membership@PiedmontHeights.org, call 404-874-1734, or go to the "Join Now" section of the website: PiedmontHeights.org.
We encourage you to consider adding the Security Patrol to your association membership if you're not already a member. The more SP members we have, the more hours our APD officer can patrol the neighborhood. It's a great deal--less than 40 cents a day over the course of a year.
Thanks for your support of your neighborhood!
Two Parks . . . One Fantastic Neighborhood!
Did you know residents of Piedmont Heights have not one, but TWO areas of green space within our wonderful community? In addition to nearly 3 acres at Gotham Way Park (located at the end of Gotham Way off Wimbledon Road), we also have a small area called Piedmont Heights Park located at the intersection of Montgomery Ferry and Pelham Roads.
No equipment is needed. Just wear sturdy shoes and bring gloves; we will be mostly cleaning up fallen limbs and generally spiffing up the park for spring: an invigorating way to start off your Saturday and help your neighborhood, too!
